Unfortunately it is not possible to unlock the device until you have the McAfee account details from original owner. Please try to get that information and contact our Mobile Support Team. Generally, the different screen lock options available on Android device are Slide, Pattern, PIN and Password. In case you defined a PIN or Password, please use the
same to unlock the device.
To change screen lock settings, go to Settings, Security, Screen lock and select the desired screen lock type.
You may have to provide current PIN, Password or Pattern to change the Settings.
To change the six-digit PIN from your mobile device
Open Mobile Security.
Tap Settings.
Tap General Settings.
Tap Change PIN and follow the on-screen instructions.
